Refund Timescale
Here at Hewlett House Ltd, we have a 14-day return policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any refunds over this timescale may not be accepted for a refund.
Return Postage Costs

As a small independent brand, we’re unable to cover the cost of return postage. This means that if you wish to return an item, the postage fee for sending it back will need to be paid by you, the customer. Please note that original shipping costs and return postage fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Acceptance conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to process your refund 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hewletthouse.co.uk and our team will guide you through the process. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted, so please do bare this in mind.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.  

Exchanges
The fastest way to place an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please do follow the company policy by contacting us via email for your refund (As stated above) so our team can guide you through the process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
